One of the highlights of Brendan Fleming's career occurred when he argued a case before the Supreme Court of Georgia and WON a unanimous decision for his client. 

Another highlight of Brendan Fleming's career was when he was appointed by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to represent a defendant from Florida. Brendan Fleming filed the appeal and even secured an oral argument for the defendant in order for the defendant to have his case properly presented before the Court.
